Picture book “Kaze no Denwa” Braille translation book donated

On September 6th, Mr. and Mrs. Kenzo Tsuda, Vice-Principal of Hachinohe Sei Ursula Gakuin Junior High School, visited Bell Gardia KUJIRAYAMA from Aomori Prefecture. His wife, Keiko, was a teacher at a regular school, but one year she applied for a transfer to a blind school and taught at a blind school for about two years. She says she studied Braille hard during that time. She then returned to regular school and she was retired.

She came up with the idea of Braille translation from the time the picture book “Kaze no Denwa” was published in 2014, and she finally completed it after many failures. She wanted to donate her Braille picture book to the library in the forest, and she took a train from Hachinohe and delivered it for more than four hours.

She talked about her own experience, saying, “Blind children are very spiritual.” She enjoyed talking with Mr. and Mrs. Tsuda, and it was soothing.

It is often the case that “Wind Phone” that are not connected to each other seem to be connected in the minds of many people. On September 19, I received a phone call from Mr. Ogasawara, a visually impaired person in Kamaishi City (visited about a year ago), and on October 8th, I was informed that he would like to take a walk in the garden as an event for the visually impaired. On the day of the event, he said, “We will go with 10 visually impaired people and 10 healthy people with us, for a total of 20 people.”

I am looking forward to seeing who and what kind of encounters will be on the day. Anyone who is interested in meeting should participate and enjoy themselves.

“Wind Phone” Oculus Rift begins shooting

Thomas and Barry, who worked for Discovery Channel in the United States, became independent to create the work they intended, and established a company called “Yes Please Thank You” (YPTY) .

It is said that it will supply images to the head-mounted display for VR (Virtual Reality) developed and announced by Oculus, USA. It was released to the general public in 2016 in the United States. It is said that 1 million units are a field that has grown rapidly to 5 million units in 2017.

Unlike the reports of incidents and disasters, “Wind Phone” lost an important person, and it was doubtful whether “Wind Phone” used for mental care would play its original role in VR. There is the power of “field”, and I think that you can feel “healed” by standing in the place, feeling the surrounding air, wind, smell and sound, and the total power. I was afraid whether the part that was the trigger to get out of the grief as a result of them could be expressed in 360 degree VR by drone.

However, there are many people all over the world who are suffering and suffering. Most of the people will not be able to come to the “Wind Phone” in reality, and I hope that those people will heal their sorrows even in VR, change their consciousness from the grief, and help them “live”. It was to be.

It will be completed around November and will be released on the VR-only Internet “Oculus Rift”. looking forward to it.

“Wind Phone” becomes a book

Book “Wind Phone” Six years after the Great Earthquake, what you can see through “Wind Phone”.

Why is the “Wind Phone” made, what is seen and heard, what is he thinking, and where is he connected?

“Wind phone” has been taken up and introduced in many media to this day, but I thought that each description and video was just an introduction of some aspects. Therefore, I was always dissatisfied with the content of the report, saying, “It’s different.” In addition, there were many media people who visited “Wind Phone” and made offers with false recognition. It’s been a year since I started writing, and I was finally able to publish it.

What were 25,000 people doing there in six years to a wind phone with no telephone line connected anywhere … everyone is calling. I wrote this with the idea that I should convey the activities from the “Wind Phone” that connects the thoughts of the bereaved family and the deceased to the present.

Professor Yanaga, Clinical Psychologist, Keio University, who recommended this book, said, “I have been working as a psychologist for many years involved in the feelings of the bereaved family who lost a loved one. I felt a deep emotion without any feelings coming from the bottom of my heart. “

I think this book suggests one answer: where those emotions come from, why you feel healed by “Wind Phone”, and why it leads to getting out of grief work. If you have any doubts about why it is a “wind phone”, please pick it up and read it.

It is already on sale at Ippodo in Otsuchi, but it will be on sale at bookstores nationwide around August 24th after the Bon Festival.

Kang Sang-jung, the author of “Kokoro”, visits “Wind Phone”

a commemorative photo together in front of “Wind Phone”

Unlike the impression I see on TV, I can talk to them in a friendly manner, so I didn’t feel like a celebrity, and I just chatted.

Mr. Kang Sang Jung coming out of the “Wind Phone” box

According to him, “He seems to be looking at himself,” he said, “He seems to be looking at himself.” I think he felt that he was thin and smart, and he was not fat no matter how much he ate.

This time I was told that he would come with his wife and went home. I’m looking forward him to finding  some hints for the next work.

Leaving a music on “Wind Phone”

Mr. Miura, a photographer from Gifu visited Bell Gardia KUJIRAYAMA. He came to the children’s garden in Ofunato to deliver “Halloween persimmons” with  a persimmon farmer.

And it was Yoko Okumura, an alpa player, who came with them. She came from Nagoya to a concert in Ishinomaki, and after the concert, she said she really wanted to go to “Wind Phone” and “leave” the music to those who died in the earthquake.

This is the first time to hear Paraguayan instrument, and it seems that there are only three players in Japan. Even so, “I’ll leave the music” was the first word I heard again.

I felt that the tone of the alpa was very similar to the harp. Playing with tears what kind of life has she lived

She is the second person to play a music in front of “Wind Phone” since Katsumi Matsumoto, a violinist, but both of them are quite good, coupled with the spiritual atmosphere.
