Many people still have a hard time because they can never meet their loved ones in just a moment. Because of these facts, I am aware of myself being “lived” and find my “life” in continuing activities that create a place of heart.

Losing a loved one is very painful. You won’t be able to stand up for a while. However, at one point, when I look back on the happy days and words of my loved ones, my family and friends who lived with me, I have to reorganize my life in a new environment, not in the past. You will notice.

Grief care by “Wind Phone” is a therapy without a therapist that awakens the self-healing power of each individual, and is a therapy performed by the person holding the grief. (People rarely change when someone tells them, but they try to do what they are convinced of and change.)

People live with dreams and hopes in their lives. And because of that, it leads to a rich way of life. However, dreams and hopes are not real but fictional worlds. It’s so-called fiction, it’s a myth. You can think of it as a story. Yes, one can think of creating his own story in life and living in that world. And when you lose your loved one, those who are left behind will be cut off from the story. Dreams and hopes will also stop. Especially in the event of a sudden disaster, accident, suicide, etc., I am not prepared for my heart and feel confused and hopeless about what to do from now on.

The bigger the dream so far, the bigger the degree. Therefore, in order to heal the bereaved, it is necessary to re-spin the story. And the sensibility and imagination of human beings are important for the work. In addition, human beings have a spiritual activity to recover what they have lost, and healing requires a story of being able to reunite and reconnect with the deceased. I think it is the person’s sensibility and imagination that creates this new story.

It is a self-discovery and an expression of self-consciousness to come to “Wind Phone” and ask yourself a question on a telephone that is not connected to the telephone line. It becomes clear what you are sad, what you are suffering from, and what you are angry with. The work leads to the reflection of the story so far and the creation of a new story, and the days that were cut off will be regained even for a moment, and the survivors must be aware of the new development of the story. No one is restraining your freedom with a grief. From an objective point of view, you can see that you have barbed wire in your heart and deprive you of your freedom. Nothing is restraining you.

You are free to act. You can do whatever you want. It’s a good idea to come to “Wind Phone”. Do what you like. Please open your heart a little and accept nature obediently. People have originally evolved in nature. It doesn’t change even in modern times. It has been scientifically proven that when a loved one is lost in a disaster or accident and the heart is hurt and the vitality is reduced, the heart is healed and the power to live is obtained by watching and nurturing the greenery. Even during the Great East Japan Earthquake, there were many people who lived in temporary facilities and were hurt and said, “I just need one potted plant that doesn’t need anything.” Green is an element necessary for human life to be physiologically and mentally stable. When your heart is hurt and your vitality is weakened, put yourself in nature, feel the cycle of nature, and entrust yourself to the rhythm of nature.
